During review of the subject submittal,it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please add a note that the silt fence will be installed as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.1.
2)Please add a note thatfilter socks will be added as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3.
3)Please add a note that all disturbed soils will be compost amended.
4)Please show all impervious surfaces on the plans (walkways, gravel areas, driveways, patios, etc.).
5)Please show the side sewer line and proposedlocation ofrequired cap on site plan.
Note: capping is to be done withascrew plug. See handout B-22 and side sewer asbuilt, attached.
6)Please show location ofwatermeterandidentify action to be taken,regarding water meter protection or
removal. See hand B-22
