Yes, the revised landscape plan is what we need. Please send over 4 full size copies.
I have spent several hours today comparing the civil and architectural plans submitted on 1/29/15 to confirm those were
the final versions. In the process of comparing the recently submitted site plan and civil plans, I found the following
inconsistencies:
1) Catchment all Height
A portion of the catchment wall (called out as Detail C on site and architectural plans) has a discrepancy of
approximately 3 feet between plans. I have attached a copy of this area on the site plan, civil plan sheet 3, and
the architectural plan sheet A13.
Civils show elevations as bottom of wall (west side) at 117.40, top of wall 121.0 —wall height 3,6'
Site Plan & Arch show elevations of bottom of wall at 117.50, top of wall 125.00 —wall height 7,5'

The landscape plan revisions you are requesting were made in concert with the revised letter from the
geotechnical engineer dated August 12, but may never have been submitted; Kristin would know. The
architect apparently included an old landscape plan in the set of plans we just submitted, and those outdated
landscape plans should be destroyed. I have attached the revised landscape plan, which is dated 8-12-14, as a
pdf to this e-mail. Please let me know if this will work for the time being, assuming I bring in full paper copies
when have a chance to visit the city again. If that presents a problem, I will drop by there with full size paper
plans.

The landscape plan that you submitted has not been revised per the 8/6/14 email comments and the 8/12/14
GEO Group Northwest, Inc comments regarding the landscape plan. Attached are both of these
documents. Please revise the landscape plans, adding the comments of the geotech to clarify the planting
plan, and remove notes and landscaping areas as described in their comments.
