During review of the subject submittal,it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please callout the proposed surface materials forthe driveway.
2)Please clearify what is labeled on the site plan as sewer and water. With the use of Googles Street Views, it
appears you located the water meter,please confirm.
3)Writen dimensions for the driveway provided on the site plan are notconsistant with the scale 1 square =
1foot, please correct.
4)Please provide a Site Classification Chart on your plans. See Handout E72 pg. 5 (attached). Please provide
dates of construction for all existing impervious surfaces. For stormwater management purposes,the City of
Edmonds tracksthe total amount of impervious surfaces added to each lot post 1977.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
