During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website:www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please add a note: Erosion control shall be provided to City of Edmonds standards.
2)Please add a note: Filter socks will be placed in catch basins within project vicinity as needed per
Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3.
3)Please show within your site plan the side sewer line and clean out from within the building connecting
to the sewer main.
4)Please show the water service line from the building to the water meter.
5)Please show the location of property lines on your site plan.
6)Please clarifythe area of work for both entries, what is the intendedworkandwhat materials are
th
&
proposed for the entries. No hard surface other than concrete is allowed within the right of way(5
Dayton).
7)A Right of Way Permit will be required for the use of the right of way (working within the ROW) or
while loading and unloading material and equipment. Only temporary closures will be considered with
prior approval from city, Public Safety & Waste collection. Please apply for a Construction Right of
Way permit if needed.
If applying, please provide a traffic control plan with the Right of Way permit application.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revisedplansand associated documents with a written response to each
