Callout separated or non-separated uses and include all proposals how you are intending to meet requirements. IBC 104.10 & .11 2) Clearly identify elevations and scale for separations and distance/orientation to openings throughout building. Fire reviewer would like to further evaluate the apartment openings at West elevation and stairs at East. 3) What is the nature and inventory of ACCESSORY STORAGE USE (S2)? Will this meet the accessory requirements to the major occupancy type on first floor in lieu of calling out as an independent group? Can the space be revised? IBC 508.2 4) Sheet A0.11 PROJECT INFORMATION: IEBC is cited, however it is unclear what requirements by reference you wish to invoke. IBC Chapter 34 for EXISTING BUILDING may alternatively meet your performance needs. Callout your intent with existing requirements and new conditions in place. 5) Sheet A0.11 PROJECT INFORMATION: No smoke detection system or fire alarm is required for Group B or S2 and no work is indicated in R2. What is your scope/intent for fire alarm and smoke detection permit? 6) Sheet A0.11 DEMOLITION PLAN: Callout existing uses. 7) Sheet A0.11 EXISTING GARBAGE CANS UNDER STAIRS must be relocated to eliminate hazard exposure. IFC 304.2 8) Sheet A2.01 Callout construction details as reference for existing stairs serving R2 above and existing STORAGE roof. 9) Sheets A0.11 & A2.01 ASSEMBLY between floors?
