On February 2, 2015 review comments in review of the subdivision civil construction planswere
sent by the Engineering Division toboththeapplicant and engineer of record.These plans are the
same plans that were submitted with the subject single family residence application. Therefore, a
separate comment letter was not sent for thesingle family residence.
This plan review comment letter is being sent to confirm this as well as ask that future submittals
for thesingle family residence clearly indicate portions of theutility systems that will be installed
withtheshort plat (such as utility stubs, driveway approaches, etc.) and portions that will be
installed with thesingle family residence (driveway, walkways, utilities from stub locationto the
point of connection at the house.
Please submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents toa Permit Coordinator.
