clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1)Please provide on your site plan the table from the “Site ClassificationWorksheet”. See attached Handout
E72 pg.5.
2)For accuracyof impervious surfaces on the site, please show the gravel drivewayon the west side of the
homeon the site plan as well as provide square footage and year of construction.
3)Please provide on the site plan the date of constructionfor all impervious surfaces.
4)Please add note: Stairs and wood deck beyond roof overhang are pervious.
