1)Please add a note: Erosion control shall be maintained as required by Edmonds Development Code.
2)Please add a note:All disturbed soils will be compost amended.
3)Please provide onthe site plans the amount of existing impervious surface to be removed.
4)For reference, please show and label the street.
5)Please provide dimensions for the driveway (impervious surfaces).
6)Please provide on the site plan the date of constructionfor all impervious surfaces.
7)Please provide on your site planthe table from the “Site Classification Worksheet”. See attached Handout
E72 pg.5.
