During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the Government tab and
Public Works| Engineering under Departments:
1. The drainage issue that has been temporarily abated using trenches will need to be
addressed for Lots 4, 5 and 6. Please show that measures are being taken to prevent
groundwater leaving the site to the east.
2. Call out length of driveway.
3. Provide a means of catching driveway runoff on site.
4. Show the roof drain line connecting to the plat stub.
5. Add lenth and material of storm drains.
6. Footing drain is labeled but line is labeled with “sd”. Please revise.
7. It is not ideal to have a bend greater than 22.5 degrees in a side sewer line. Is it possible
to straighten the line out or add a clean out at the bend for any future maintenance issues?
