During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. Per the approved detail, the edge of the drywell shall be a 10ft distance from the house
foundation and 10ft from the property line. Those separation requirements are not being
met on this plan. Please revise location of the drywell.
2. The sewer line and the water service line are shown crossing on this plan. Please relocate
or add note that water shall be sleeved with 20 ft of pvc centered at crossing and sewer will
be installed with minimum vertical separation of 18” under the water line at the crossing.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
