During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please explain how you intend on making repairs adjacent to the right of way.What equipment will be
used, will the use of the right of way be required for the scheduled repairs.
2)Ifuse of the right of wayis needed. Please apply for a Right of Way permit. Along with the right of way
permit you will need to provide site specific traffic control plans along the building sides adjacent to the
travel lanes and sidewalk. Traffic control shall address pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
3)If a Right of Way permit is required, please also submit a site planidentifyingproperty lines and the
adjacent right of way (similar to BE-1.01).
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
