During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.govunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Provide a site plan that scales at 1”=20’.
2)Provide a site plan that shows all impervious areas(i.e. roof tops, asphalt, concrete, gravel areas, etc.)
3)Show thesidewalk, property lines, driveway approaches, and roadway on the plans.
4)Show the parking stalls on the site plan.
5)Show the sewer from the main to the structure.
a.If there are to be any changes to the sewer clearly distinguish between the existingand proposed
sewer.
6)Show thewater from the meter to theproposed remodeled structure will connect to water.
7)Show any easements, if they exist, on the site plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
