During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Done.
2)The impervious surface of any of the access road crossing your property should be added to the
impervious surface calculations.
a.Include all impervious areas.
b.Note the year each impervious area was added to the site.
3)It appears from the Snohomish County Assessor Map that a portion, if not all, of the private road crosses
this property. Our records also show a public utility easement running along the private road I have
attached a copy of the Assessor Map. Please revise the site plan accordingly. Show all easements on
the site plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans and associated documents with a written response to each
