During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.govunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Provide a site plan that scales at 1”=20’.
2)Provide asite plan that shows all impervious areas (i.e. roof tops, asphalt, concrete, gravel areas, etc.).
It appears that there hasbeen additional impervious area that has been added to the site since the home
was originally built that is not shown on the plans.
3)Revise the impervious surface calculations to include all impervious areas(for example the sidewalk
was not added to the calculations).
4)Show any easements, if they exist, on the site plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
