During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. It is difficult to discern the outline of the existing roof and the new roof to confirm the
amount of new impervious. It may help to remove the contour lines from the structure and
use a different line type to outline each section. It is not necessary to show the pitch of the
roof on this plan, just the outline.
2. In the impervious surface notes the post-1977 square footage is noted as 330, where the
new roof area is noted at 231. Please note the total new impervious surface constructed
after 1977.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
