Please add a note that a silt fence will be installed as needed, per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.1. 7/21/15 Comment: Show the appropriate temporary erosion control measures to be installed and note the appropriate City of Edmonds Standards details. a.OK b.Silt fence c.OK WATER 1)9/11/15 –Comment was partially addressed. Please label the pipe material. 7/21/15 Comment: It appears that a fire sprinkler system is required for this property. a.Please show the water service line from the main line to the house. b.Please add a note that a 1” meter is to be installed. c.Please label the pipe material, size(1-1/2” required),and note tracer wireto be added. SEWER 1)OK 2)OK 3)9/11/15 –Comment was addressed; however, please note the lamphole cover on the plans as previously asked. I am unsure if this was added during the short plat. If it wasn’t it will be required during the final of the single family residence. 7/21/15 Comment: Show the6” cleanout at the property linesuch that the cleanout is located completely in the right-of-way. The landing from the garage was not added. 7/21/15 Comment:Please show all concrete areas (i.e. the landing area from the south garage, etc.). 2)9/11/15 –Comment was addressed; however the directional flow arrows for the south driveway is not shown on the Drainage Plan. Please add it to the Drainage Plan. 7/21/15 Comment: Show how the surface water runoff from the northdriveway will be collected and discharged to the onsite stormwater management system. 3)OK 4)9/11/15 –Comment was not addressed. It is unclear how far the separation is from the footings of thewall to the top of the pipe. 7/21/15 Comment: Please show the footings in the landscape block wall section cut “A-A”. The detail should show how far the wall is below the grade and the separation of the footings of the wall and the storm pipe. 5)9/11/15 –Comment was not addressed. 7/21/15 Comment: Please provide documentation that the pipe material and depth ofpipe crossing under the retainingwallis adequate enough to handle the load placed by the retaining wall. DRY UTILITIES 1)9/11/15 –Comment was addressed; however, the dry utilities need to be a miniumum of 3’ horizontal separation from water, sewer, storm. From my understanding the utility companies require thatthere be a 1’ separation from between gas and the other dry utilities. As you revise the plans, keep in mind that the water and sewer are also need a minimum of 10’ horizontal separation. 7/21/15 Comment: Please show all proposed dry utilities(gas, phone, cable, etc.)on the plans so that utility separation can be verified. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each item to a Permit Coordinator.
