During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the “Services” tab and
“Permits and Development”.
Sheet C2:
1. Yard drains collecting ground water shall not be directed to the plat storm system. Please
revise plans to show the yard drains are connected to the footing drain stub.
2. Please add call out to sewer connection.
3. Please revise Drainage Construction Note #1 to reflect the revised amount of impervious
surface allowed to connect to the plat system.
4. Please revise the note under “New Impervious Areas” to more clearly reflect that the
revised amount is the total allowed to connect to the plat system for lot #5.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
