Re: Stewart Building Height at 16319 751h Place W.
Dear Sirs,
We have been retained by Deb Stewart the owner of the above captioned residence to
determine the as -built elevation of the finished roof elevation for the new residence on the
property. On June 12, 2014 we dispatched a survey crew to the site to determine the elevation.
Based upon these measurements we find the elevation of the roof peak to be 129.06.
The elevation is based upon original survey datum established for the topographic survey of the
property by Group 4, Inc. completed in December 1989.
