During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. I have in the past been redlining the note for the cast iron lamp hole cover and redirecting
the arrow to the sewer clean out at the property line. I have learned though that Olympic
View Water Sewer District does not require a cast iron cover. Please remove the note
entirely.
2. Show the sewer clean out at the property line, or at the location of the stub with the invert
elevation.
3. The water line appears to split and then connects at each side of the house. If the second
line is necessary or it is another utility, please label.
4. The drywell must be 10’ off all property lines. Please revise.
