During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.govunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Clearly label which utilities are existing and proposed(for example, changing the line types, only
highlighting what is new, etc.).
2)Provide a copy of theapproved permit/application from BNSFthat allows the site to dischargeto their
property.
3)City Sewer easement:
a.Provide a cross section detail of the planter boxes.The detail should address that there are no
surcharges being placed on the sewer main.
b.Since the project is requesting to add a more specializeddriveway (pavers),and there areutilities
and a portion of the rooflocated within the easement, an encroachment permit will be required.
