During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.govunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please revise the plan sheet ‘BLDG Permit # 2015______’ to ‘BLDGpermit # BLD20151185’.
2)Please add a note to the plans that state the existing utilities will be removed and/or capped under the
demolition permit(BLD20151011).
3)Please do not show the existing rockery and stairs that are to be removed under the plat.
4)Please label the new rockery as either to be installed under the plat, or show it being installed under the
single family permit.
5)Is the retaining wall between lot 6 and 7 to be installedunder the plat or during this single family?
Please note the plans accordingly. If it iseasier, you can make a blanket statement, such as; ‘All grayed
utilities, rockeries, retaining walls, fences, etc. are existing or to be installed under the plat.’.
6)Please revise the note ‘10’Joint Utility Easement’to read ‘10’Joint Utility Easement per Plat
PLN20140061’.
7)Add a note and show the dry utilities maintaininga minimum of 3’horizontal separation from thestorm
line.
8)Please revise the impervious surface chart.
a.The total area mitigated by existing stormwater management system should equal the total
regulated impervious area. Revise accordingly.
b.Add a row (9) that states, ‘Stormwater managementsystem designed for 3500 sqft.’.
9)Please labelthepipe materialand that tracer wire is to be installed for the water service line.

10)Please note that a pre-constructionmeeting is not required for new single family residences. You may
schedule one if you choose to.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
