4/13/16 –Comment was addressed; however, t
9)he proposed pump design exceeds the flow rate of
the 10-year storm for the site. Please revise pump system design to meet the flow control
standard, or provide justification as to why it is “infeasible” to meet, as stated in in the
Drainage Narrative.
3/11/16 Comment: The system curve crosses the pump curve at ~50gpm for the HW TDH, and ~45gpm
for the LW TDH in Appendix E of the Drainage Narrative (1/25/16). This is above the 100-yr design
flow of 40gpm. Please revise accordingly.

4)4/13/16 –Commentwas partially addressed; however, based on the details provided, it does not
appear that the pump system can be easily accessed or maintained. Per the City’s standard detail,
E6.7, the lid removable and covers the entire diameter of the structure for this reason.Also the
details do not show an antiflotation device. Please revise accordingly.
3/11/16 Comment: Please revise the pump station details to be consistent with the City’s stormwater
pump policy and Standard detail E6.7 (Sewer grinder pump). For example, show antiflotation devices,
rails, vent, etc. Make sure that the design shows that they system can be maintained (for example the
standard detail E6.7 shows that the entire lid can be removed for a maintenance where a manhole lid
does not allow for this.
