During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Upon inspection it was determined that when backing out of the existing carport, it would be difficult to
see pedestrians south of the driveway with the current fence location. In order to decrease site distance
issues at this location for both pedetrians and those backing out of the driveway, the city ask that the
fence at the NE corner be placed diagonally (please see edited photos. Please make this modification on
site and show this on updated plans.
2)Please show on the site plan the location of the sidewalk in relation to the fence and the property line.
Also, show the water meter &private driveways.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
