Review Comments 1 -January 26, 2016 Review Comments 2 –May 25, 2016 1)ok 2)ok th May 25, 2016 -Plans were not revised to show storm crossing in 8AveN.Also, it is 3) unclear what the note “12”storm inlet to regional storm detention facility”is referring to. th The City has a storm system that runs northand south along 8Ave N, but it does not connect to a regional facility. Please show pipe crossing and remove note. 1/26/2016 comment -Plans indicate installation of a CB at the northwest corner of the site. th Clearly note this CB will be connecting to an existing storm pipe that crosses 8Ave N. In addition, provide RIM and invert elevations for all pipe connections. May 25, 2016 –Anote has been added to show “titeline from footing drain”, however, if 4) this is the pointof connection for footing and downspout drainage then the note should indicate both. 1/26/2016 comment -Will footing drains be installed with the proposed SFR construction? If so, show their point of connection to the CB at the northwest corner of the property. 5)ok May 25, 2016–Thank you for revising the sewer line information. The invertelevations 6) provided indicate a slope of 1%, which does not meet City standards. A 1% slope may be considered with the use of 6”diameter pipe, if this is the only available option. Please revise plans to show compliance with the City standard of 2% slope or provide justification for 1% slope to be considered. 1/26/2016 comment -On the west side of the proposed garage there appears to be a sewer line and sewer stub shown. However, there is also a sewer line shown coming from the southwest corner of the house, with connection to stub near the cleanout at the west end of the access road. Please correct plans to show only one sanitary side sewer line. Provide invert elevations at the stub and at the house so a minimum 2% pipe slope can be confirmed. 7)ok 8)ok 9)ok 10)ok 11)ok 12)ok 13)ok Page 2of 2
