During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the “Search” tab and
“Permits and Development”.
1. Please show the existing and proposed construction on the site plan.
2. The site plan shows a deck and the building plans do not. Please show consistently on both plans or if the
intention is to demolish the deck, please add that information to the plan.
3. Add description of project on site plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
