March 29, 2016 –Wetland Resources, Inc. report dated March 7, 2016 includes a buffer

mitigation planting plan. Please move the note on thesiteplan thatstates “refer to critical
area study and buffer mitigation plan for additional mitigation information”down near
the stream with leader arrows pointing to the two buffer enhancement areas.
