All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the “Services” tab and “Permits/Development”. Sheet 1: 1. Sewer shall make a perpendicular connection from the property line to the main by relocating the clean out or extending the sewer main. 2. Storm shall make a perpendicular connection from the property line to the outfall. 3. Storm main shall be extended to outfall north of driveway. A catch basin shall be installed to connect existing main to the proposed main under driveway. 4. See comment #10. Revise detention catch basins to manholes. 5. Retaining wall cannot be located within the storm easement. Relocate or remove retaining wall. 6. Please provide a copy of the storm easement AF8808240264. 7. Add note regarding reuse of sewer lateral; “If re-using existing sewer lateral (from property line to City main): Condition must be verified by Public Works Department. Contact Edmond’s Sewer Division at 425-771-0235.” Sheet 3: 8. Sheet has TP-01 label, please revise. 9. Please remove the driveway drainage note and cb 1 note from this plan. 10. Add note that drainage ditch flow shall be maintained during construction. Please add detail of how that will be managed through the rock entrance prior to culvert installation. Sheet 4: 11. Detention system using 30” pipe is required to have type 2 manholes. See Table 2 of Handout E72A. 12. Orifice size shall be 5/8”. See Table 1 of E72A. Please revise.
