1)7/29/16–Per Mike Spano (the engineer of record) is requiring him to inspect the system. Please
submit the attached document signed by the owner and the engineer.
7/6/16 –Comment: Per Installation Note 3, it appears to indicate that a special inspection is required by
the engineer of record. Is this required?
2)7/29/16–Comment not addressed. The plans still show the footing drains daylighting (which is
not permitted). Also review note 8 and 20 contradict each other.Please revise accordingly.
7/6/16 –Comment: Installation Note 20 –Revise the note and show the drywell a minimum of 5’ from
the property line.
3)7/29/16 –Comment was partially addressed.
a.Note 3-Does the engineer only want to inspect Trench A, not Trench B. Per the reference
notes thatis how it is stated.
b.Note 5–Isa 4”tee not to be installed on trench B?
c.Revise note 12 and 21 from ‘drywall’to ‘drywell’.
