Comments 1 –March 30, 2016 Comments 2 –August 19, 2016 August 19, 2016 –Sewer line from house to main line has not been shown on the plans. 1) Please reviseby redlining existingplan sheets or submitting new. 3/30/2016 comment -Show location of existing utilities on the site, including water, sewer and storm(if any).The following sanitary side sewer asbuilt was found within City records: 2)ok 3)ok August 19, 2016 –The plans have been revised to include additional impervious surface 4) area. The proposed impervious area for theprojectappears exceed 2000sf and therefore, stormwater management shall be provided. Update the impervious surface area classification worksheet a. Update the impervious surfacearea calculations shown on the plansto show all new b. impervious areasand existing pervious deck conversions to impervious. Credits for the removal of existing impervious areas are not granted if theexistingstructure is removed. Provide infiltration testing per City Handout E72B. c. Include infiltration trench sizing calculations consistent with City Handout E72B. d. Clearly show how runoff from driveway will be collected and discharged to the e. infiltration system. If therunoff from the new driveway area cannot be separated from theexisting driveway, then the infiltration system will need to be sized to accommodateall runoff directed to thetrench. Page 2of 2
