1)
Show all impervious areas on thesiteplan (i.e. walkways, sport court, etc.).
a)If the areas are to be removed, please show them on the plans and label to be removed.
b)Anyexisting impervious areathat isto be removed and replaced where the new additionis to
be placedcan be shownas it currently is on thesubmitted plans.
2)
Imperviousareas are calculated asnew impervioussurfaceareasfor any areasadded to the site
after 1977 or where existing imperviousareasare to beremoved to bare soils. The only
exemption (not counted as new impervious area) is the repair of driveways and walkways.
For example: It appears as though the new rooffor the poolhouseis going over existing slab that
is not to be removed. If this is accurate, it is not counted in theimpervious surface calculations.
Please revise accordingly.
3)
Per theReport from Mark Dodds dated 3/2/16, any captured groundwater isto be disposed of in a
controlled manner to an approved facility. Please note as such on the plans.
