During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
1.Please revise plumbing plan to show property lines.
2.Indicate how the sewer line will be installed through/below the existing retaining wall.
3.The proposed sewer line shows a connection to the north of the compactor connection. Please
confirm what the intent of this is. Roof water from the downspouts shall not drain to the
sanitary sewer system.
4.Pursuant to a site visit and outlined in subsequent plan review commentsdated April 7, 2016by
Les Krestel, Pretreatment Technician, it was noted that stormwater runoff currently flows into
the compactor area. Stormwater runoff shall not enter the sanitarysewer system. Revise plans
to show how stormwater and sanitary sewer discharges will be separated.
5.The side sewer asbuilt provided below was found on file with the City. What is shown on the
asbuilt does not appear to match the plumbing plan that was submitted to the City. Please
confirm and revise as needed.
