During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the “Services” tab and
“Permits and Development”.
1. In the Handout E72B under gravelless chamber, page 6, it states that the storage area shall be at least 2.6
cubic feet per linear foot and that the footprint area shall be at least 2.8 square feet per linear foot. Please revise
chamber sizing to meet these parameters.
2. A revised storm plan would be helpful now, you will be required to provide as an asbuilt at the end of the
project. At minimum, provide a detail with invert elevations and bottom of trench elevation.
