Project: Beach Walk Apartments — GBH Holdings, LLC
Scope: 3 Story, 9 Unit Apartment Building adjacent to an existing 2 story
building.
Please provide a written response in itemized letter format indicating where the 'clouded'
or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans. Resubmittals must
be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd Floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm and from 8:30am-12pm on
Wednesdays.
This review was conducted in accordance with the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC)
and Edmonds Community Development Code. The following notes are provided:
The location and installation of the domestic/fire water line shall be coordinated
with the Fire Marshal's Office and Engineering.
2. Current fire department connection location is approved.
3, Page A1.01 Call out:
a. "Premise identification: 2 signs, 10-12" numbers, minimum 1" stroke,
contrasting colors, installation location to be determined by Fire Marshal's
Office."
b. "Emergency access, provide two knox boxes, one at main entrance, one
