SITE PLAN th May 9, 2017 –The site plan impervious area calculation does not match the 1) impervious area calculation provided on the Civil Plans. The Site Plan shows an impervious area of 2,108 SF while the Civil Plan shows an impervious area of 2,688 SF. Please revise thesite plan impervious area calculation to 2,688 SF. th March 9, 2017 -The impervious area proposed for the driveway is not consistent with the Civil Plans. Please revise the plans accordingly. 2)As changes are made to other plan sheets, please revise this plan sheet accordingly. TESC OK 1) Show the construction entrance. th May 9, 2017 –Please add City of Edmonds standard detail E1.3 to the plans(Sheet 2) C1.1). Reference the detailon Sheet C1.0. th March 9, 2017 -Please reference Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3 for thefilter socks that shall be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site. OK 3) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended. WATER OK 1) Please label the sizeof meter to be installed. OK 2) Please label the size of water service line (minimum of 1” at 160psi is required) to be installed. OK 3) Please label the pipe material and note tracer wire to be installed on the water service line. SEWER OK 1) Please show the invert elevations at the house so that slope (minimum 2%) and coverage (minimum 2’) can be verified. If the slope of the pipe exceeds 20% the pipe will need to be anchored. OK 2) Page 2of 5 Please label the pipe material for the side sewer. STORM OK 1) Label the pipe material for all storm pipes. th May 9, 2017 –The majority of the pipes have adequate cover. Please lower the 4” 2) storm connection atArea Drain (SD#15) to have a minimum of 2’ of cover as it is under a driveable surface. Currently there is approximately1.5’ of cover.Double check all other pipes to ensure they have their appropriate cover. th March 9, 2017 -Show invert elevations for all pipes at the stubs and the house. Please note that a minimum of 2’ of cover is required for all pipe under driveable surfaces and 1’ of cover under landscape areas. OK 3) Please provide a cross section detail of the detention system located under the permeable driveway. OK 4) Please provide the required depth of pervious pavement on the permeable cross section detail. STORMWATER REPORT The following comments are provided from Robert C. Short Plat may be provided in lieu of a full technical information report.
