Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2)sets of revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. nd Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. GENERAL 1)Include construction sequence. Refer to sample on City website. 2)Include General Construction Notes. Refer to sample on City website. SITE PLAN 1)Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.1. 2)Show construction entranceon the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.2.Alternatively, show how an existing access will be modified to prevent construction stormwater runoff. 3)Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP T5.13. 4)Clearly show on the plans the pool decking, the grading for the pool decking, and the total pool decking impervious area. 5)Ensure that no pool decking will convey runoff to a neighbor’s property. 6)Label the proposed sewer pipe material and size. 7)Show a cleanout locatedat any 90° bend,when there is less than 3’ between two 45° bends, and when there is more than 100’ between cleanouts. 8)A sewer cleanout needs to be provided within the proximity of the pool to allow water to exit the site via sewer. Please note that drains cannot directly connect to a sewer line. They must instead be conveyed through a pump and/or valve system. 9)Provide invert elevations at the sewer main, the cleanout at the property line,andthe cleanout near thepool(comment 8)sothat a minimum 2% slopeand minimum 2’ pipe coveragecan be verified. If the slope of the pipe exceeds 20% the pipe will need to be anchored. 10)The entire sewer run shall be shown from the main line to the house and to the cleanout near the pool. 11)Show the connection between the sewer cleanout to be added within the proximity of the pool (comment 8) and the existing sewer line. 12)A hosebib connection with an AVB is required for the water line. Please add a callout onthe plans. 13)A minimum of 10’ of horizontal separation is required between water and sewer lines. 14)Show proposed gas line and that that there is a minimum of 3’ of horizontal separation between the waterserviceand dry utilities (i.e. power, phone, gas, cable, etc.).
