Dale Pl. During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2)sets of revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. nd Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. GENERAL 1)Include construction sequence. Refer to sample on City website. 2)Include General Construction Notes. Refer to sample on City website. 3)Provide an accurate scale on all plans TESCPLAN 1)Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.1. 2)Please remove the limits of disturbance fencing blocking the construction entrance. Construction entrance is to be installed per standard detail E1.2, please add the standard detail to the plans. 3)Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site. Please provide a catch basin insert in the catch basin to the south of the property within Alan-A-Dale Pl.Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3. DRAINAGE PLAN 1)Architecture plans give a note of “see civil” regarding footing drain design. Please provide footing drain design and discharge location. 2)Show where theproposedrockery footing drainage will discharge to.Show existing footing drains and discharge location if applicable. 3)Please provide the top and toe elevations and total height for the proposed rockery. Include standard detail E8.9 –rockeries and E8.10-tiered rockeriesinto the plans. 4)Please provide the location of roof downspouts with splashblocks, ifapplicable. 5)Provide proposed contours on the plans. Ensure that proposed contours have a different linetype compared to existing contours. 6)Proposed driveway drainage arrows show runoff draining southeast while natural grade flows southwest. Please provideadditional driveway grading information. 7)The west driveway will need to be brought up to compliance with City of Edmonds 2017 code.The driveway access is to be 24’in width.Gravel may be addedon the side of the driveway up to the property line.Existing gravel in the city right of way to the west of the proposed driveway will need to be replaced with landscaping. 8)Add a note to the plans that all final restoration shall be completed by the contractor not the City of Edmonds. DRAINAGE REPORT 1)Please provide a date with the stamp and signature on the report. 2)The lot area provided in the report does not match the surveyed lot area. Please revise. 3)The report states that the project is located in RS-1. Per the zoning map found on the City of Edmonds website, the projectis located in an RS-8 zone. Please revise. 4)The report has many typos, poor grammer, and incomplete sentencesmaking the report difficult to understand. Revise the full report and resubmit. Page 2of 2
