Good morning,
I am reviewing this sign permit on behalf of the Planning Division. Please respond to the following comments in a cover
letter and submit updated plans as appropriate. Comments from other reviewers may be forthcoming.
1) Square footage (1sf per lineal foot of attached wall). The sign is proposed at 30 sf but the width of the tenant space
isn't shown. Submit a site plan or elevation view showing the width of the tenant space.
2) The sign is called out as LED channel letters but it looks like a boxed cabinet sign or similar. Please verify and describe
compliance with the general requirements in ECDC 20.60.020.M and N.
3) Describe how the sign meets the design standards in ECDC 22.43.040.
