During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
GENERAL
1.Include a City Engineering Division approval block on all plan sheets. Refer to sample on City
website.
Sheet G0.0–COVER SHEET
1.Include construction sequence. Refer to sample on City website.
2.Include General Construction Notes. Refer to sample on City website.
Sheet C1.0–DEMO & TESCPLAN
1.Incorporate and reference City of Edmonds standard detail E1.1 for silt fencing.
2.Please show the location of the construction entrance. The construction entrance is to be per
City of Edmonds standard detail E1.2. Include the detail in the plans.
3.Incorporate and reference City of Edmonds standard detail E1.3. Replace existing catch basin
protection detail with E1.3.Provide catch basin inserts downstream of the proposed construction
entrance.
4.Show stockpile location and indicate requirements to keep it covered.
5.Plans call out an active fire lane. Per 2015 fire and shuttle access plans, the lane is no longer a
fire lane.
6.Please include the locationof the existing portable to the west of the proposed portable.
7.Add note:Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of
Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
8.Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13.
