During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
When reviewing fence permit applications one of the city’s concerns is that there is not a sight distance
issue. Please revise site plan to show the following:
1.Edge of pavement
2.Distance from edge of pavement to the fence.
If the proposed location and height of the proposed fence presents a sight distance issue you may have to
reduce the height of the fence until there is not a sight distance concern. If you need to decrease the fence
height, please show the following:
3.Distance of reduced fence height.
4.Note the height of the reduced fence.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
