Building Official RE: Plan Check # 2008-0114 Project: Tenant Improvement for Dolce La Belle Project Address: 505 5th Avenue South, #102 During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information, clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment. Please resubmit to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit Coordinator. 1. Provide a detailed scope of work on the plans clearly noting all work to be done in the tenant space (what was originally provided is not sufficient). 2, At least one of the proposed Change Stalls are required to be accessible (including required bench and clear floor space at end of bench). Provide scaled details for compliance. The dressing rooms cannot obstruct the required workspace at the access panel to the existing mechanical unit. 3. Specify if "heater" is existing or proposed. Unit and ductwork will be reviewed with deferred . mechanical permit. 4. Clarify details between Al.1 and A2 for example is there a existing one partition wall at the back of the tenant space as shown on ALL? If so, what is the use of space? is there an existing sink by the door? Please clarify. 5. On Sheet A3 be sure all racks, displays, etc. that are proposed are shown on the floor plan. 6. A portion of the customer podium must be accessible (counter surface 36" max above floor, 36" wide surface min. for side approach, 30" wide minimum for front approach). Provide a detail for compliance. 7. Complete the enclosed lighting budget form. 8. One set of the plans must be wet signed by the Architect of Record. 9. The business owner is not permitted to perform any construction work; provide a written contractors bid (fair market labor and materials) for the proposed work or, if property owner is personally performing the work provide a breakdown of materials by cost from the property owner.
