above -referenced project and hereby authorizes the release of the performance bond in the
amount of $24,109. All interested City divisions have inspected the site and approved
release of the bond.

As look at my bond log, I see that we have two additional bonds from Planning, one
for a garage removal ($1,000) and one for a gazebo and dock removal ($2,000). They are indeed past time for
release - are you asking for both of them to be released? I will forward a bond release form to the Planner in
charge of the project. As soon as she approves the release I will write the letters of release to your bank.

Hi Eric,
I received your phone calls this morning regarding release of the performance bond for 23609 -74th Avenue West
in the amount of $24,109. On September 21, I forwarded you the message below and included the forms needed
before I can release any of the bonds. As you can see, the maintenance bond amount for the bond you are
requesting to be released is $3,616. I have not as yet received the maintenance bond, and am unable to release the
performance bond until I receive the maintenance bond. As soon as I receive that, I will happily write a letter to
your bonding company to have them release the performance bond.
In your voice mail, you mentioned a "set -aside -fund" and an amount of around $2000; however this bond is with a
bonding company, so I'm wondering if you're asking for perhaps a building permit bond. If that is the case, you
would contact the Building Division - Permit Tech. I am attaching the bond I am holding for your reference.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for stopping by today to inquire on the status of your bond. I actually have three of your performance
bonds ready for release. However, before I can release them, I need 15% maintenance bonds in place for all three.
The addresses and maintenance bond amounts are as follows:
23609 -74th Avenue West $3,616
10222 -244th Street 5W $2,315
8000 -228th Street 5W $2,444
I have attached partially completed forms for each of them, should you again process thru a bonding company.
However, if you wish to do a frozen fund for each, please let me know and I will send you blank Frozen Fund Bond
forms to replace these for the bonding company.
As soon as I have the maintenance bonds in hand, I will write release letters for each of the performance bonds. If
you have any questions, please give me a call or return e-mail.
