On December 4, 2012, a resubmittal in response to the continents resulting from the reviews completed by the Planning and Engineering Divisions indicates the area of the proposed addition to be 999 square feet. Due to the significant increase in size, the Building Division requires the resubmittal of the following for review: 1. Floor Plan — Indicate the size and use(s) of the proposed area and the use(s) of the existing area adjacent to the addition. Represent the interior walls, doors, windows, and built-in fixtures (lavatories, tubs, water closets, etc.). 2. Foundation Plan — Indicate the size of the addition, the placement of the under- floor ventilation, the floor framing, and the footings and foundations. 3. Roof Plan — Indicate the roof framing members, the supporting elements (such as beams, headers, and posts), the attic access, and means of providing the attic ventilation. The drawings representing the above should be scaled at 1/4"=I'. Submit the revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220.
