Good afternoon,
In addition to the earlier review comments, I have a question regarding the information provided on the City of Edmonds
'Residential Building Permit Application'.
The detail scope of work is noted as "Addition of garage & new kitchen & eating area". However, in the 'Plumbing Fixture
Count' section on page 2 of the permit application, items like water closet, tub/shower, clothes washer, etc. were checked
in addition to those items normally found in a kitchen remodel. These items appear to be related to the 'Lower Floor' and
the areas located there.
What is the extent of the work to be done on the 'Lower Floor' level? Is it a remodel or a conversion of existing areas to a
'new' use? The detail scope of work will need to reflect all of the work done under this permit.
