After a bit of discussion, it appears that item #1 will still need to be addressed per IMC 301.18/IBC 1604/ASME chapter
13. A detail, stamped by an engineer, representing the required attachment for the used-oil furnace to guide proper
installation and inspection must be submitted to the Permit Center for review.
Items #2 and #3 can be red-lined with code references.
