During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses to each comment as to how it
has been addressed (support with code sections where applicable), and where changes can be found
on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Senior Permit
Coordinator.
1.The mechanical ventilation system must be shown on the plans, including supply and
exhaust/return. Show the location, type and model of equipment, ductwork, and cfm of supply
and exhaust air.
2.Label what type of equipment is shown in the storage room. If this is part of the mechanical
ventilation system for the theater, see item #1 above.
