During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Show the impervious surface calculations such that:
a.All impervious surface constructed before 1977 are grouped together.
b.All impervious surface constructed after 1977 are grouped together.
c.All proposed impervious surface are grouped together.
2)Show existing detention system on site plans and indicate connection of new impervious surface to
the detention system
3)The water service line as-built (see attached) in the city file indicates that the water service line
enters home on north side of house. Please revise plans accordingly.
4)Show silt fence along east side of addition per City Standard E1.1.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
