All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: 1.Please show all utilities on site/plot plan: side sewer from main to house, water service line from meter to house, gas line from property line to house. 2.Replaced impervious surface (214sf driveway) needs to be added to the total proposed impervious surface. 3.Please show where roof drains will connect to the drywell. 4.Note on plans “Erosion control will be installed as necessary per City of Edmonds Standard Details. All exposed soils will be covered within 2 days.” 5.What is the proposed amount of grading? Please note bottom of footing elevation on site plan.
