During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please provide three copies of a revised “as-built” site plan clearly showing the actual paving. We have
received several different final numbers for the actual square footage of paving that was done (2600sf,
1869sf, 1708sf). Please correct impervious calculations on site plan to the correct amount.
2.Please submit a request for a waiver of detention to accompany the previously submitted inspection
report and determination.
Once these items are received and all numbers are consistent, your revision will be approved.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
