During review of the civil drawings for the proposed subdivision it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed. Please resubmit 3 copies of the
revised civil drawings and associated documents with a written response to each item to an Engineering
Technician. Please contact me at 425-771-0220 or by e-mail at mcconnell@ci.edmonds.wa.us if you have
specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
1.Please revise the cost estimate as follows:
Provide unit measurements and pricing for each item.
o
Provide separate line items for each types and size of pipe.
o
Include erosion control measures in the estimate.
o
Include traffic control in the estimate.
o
Include catch basins in the estimate.
o
2.Please revise the traffic control plan to show required sign spacing. I noticed the sign spacing legend was
not included on the plan. Please include the legend and reference the appropriate distance between each sign
or simply state the required sign spacing throughout the plan.
