Show the detention system on the site plan. Include rim and invert elevations. o Show how the tightline ties into the detention system. o Show how and where the footing drains are to drain. o The detention system must connect to the City storm system. The closest storm line is on Walnut Street. o Show the new storm line between the detention system and its connection on Walnut Street. o th The new storm line running in the unimproved 10 Ave N right-of-way shall be built to City Standards. o 3.Utilities: Please include the locations of the proposed sewer line on the site plan from main to house. o A 6” cleanout is required on the sanitary sewer line at the property line with a 12” locking CI lamphole o cover. Please show this requirement on the site plan. If you wish to reuse the existing sewer lateral, contact Public Works (425-771-0235) for an assessment of o the current line’s condition. Engineering notes the new power service shall be undergound. o Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
